Add my homemade tomato sauce recipe and beef stock cube OR dolmio sauce and beef stock cube, stir and leave to simmer on medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200c/180 Fan/Gas Mark 6. - WHITE SAUCE:
In a separate pan, gently melt butter then add flour and mix in.
Stir in the milk a little at a time to make sure there's no lumps. (I use a small whisk to stir).
When thick, remove from heat and stir in 50g of cheese. - Assembly into small casserole/oven dish (I can only manage to double layer mine):
Add half of the meat sauce to the bottom of dish.
Add a few lasagne sheets on top.
Add half of white sauce on top.
Repeat steps - meat, sheets, sauce.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake for 35-40 mins or until golden brown on top, bubbling around the edges and the pasta is soft. - If there is any greasy fat leftover on top from the cheese when you take it out the oven you can carefully mop this away with some kitchen roll.
